Heritage Park Sheffiled

Heritage Park in Sheffield comprise three separate buildings off the Infirmary Road, close to the city centre.  The two listed building comprised part of the original Sheffield Hospital and all were more latterly used as office accommodation.

Now obsolete for office use, the three blocks are being reviewed for residential conversion.  Victoria House, built in the 1990’s, is subject to a planning application for regeneration into apartments, whilst the listed Round House & Heritage House are being reviewed to deliver the most appropriate and sympathetic solution to convert the buildings into one & two bedroom living space, whilst retaining what remains of the original features and delivers a long term sustainable future for these heritage properties.

Consideration is also being given to to delivering a new build block to part of the substantial car parking areas that around the buildings.

Regeneration is hoped to be starting during the Autumn of 2016.
