The largest site is that of the 18 acre listed Victorian former St Johns Hospital near Lincoln, a truly vast institutional property being converted into new homes, with new build housing in the grounds. In central Nottingham, we have just converted two 1960’s tower blocks into 350 student accommodation studios. Elsewhere in that City, we have a derelict mill, where our plans are to transform the 1.5 acre city centre site into a “residential village”. One of our sites in Sheffield is another hospital, the listed Heritage House, plus two other buildings that comprised the centre piece of the first hospital in Sheffield, built in the late 1700’s. The second is the former Sheffield Star newspaper works off Hartshead in the centre of the the city, where a major student scheme is proposed. Leicester provides a development site, where we are looking into a high rise residential block. The smallest site at this time, is the conversion of the upper floors in a Victorian building for about 20 apartments in Nottingham.
