Heritage Park Sheffiled

Heritage Park in Sheffield comprise three separate buildings off the Infirmary Road, close to the city centre.  The two listed building comprised part of the original Sheffield Hospital and all were more latterly used as office accommodation.

Now obsolete for office use, the three blocks are being converted into residential use.  Victoria House, built in the 1990’s, has already been converted into 1 & 2 bed apartments, whilst the listed Round House offer 7 completed dwellings providing larger accommodation of up to 5 bedrooms. Work on Heritage House, the original 1795 hospital block, is close to being fully convert into one, two & three bedroom living space, whilst retaining what remains of the original features and delivers a long term sustainable future for these heritage properties.

A proposal for a new build block of 35 apartments to part of the substantial car parking areas that around the buildings is being pursued.
